Course description:	
  Changes have been made to our courses. Even more spectator friendly 
  and challenging. Flat and Fast!!
  Grassy terrain with hilly areas and trails
  7 mm spike elements recommended
  New Course maps for each race available at the pavilion

Scoring:
The placing of the top four runners will determine each team's score. In the event of a tie, it shall be resolved
in favour of the team whose fourth runner finished nearer to first place.

Directions:

1)Glenridge route:
Westchester cutoff turning left 
onto Westchester, second set of 
lights is Glenridge, turn left 
onto Glenridge. Edgedale is just
before the train bridge, turn 
left. Edgedale takes you into 
Burgoyne Woods. Parking 
available in the 
Playground/swimming pool area.
 
2) South Drive route:
Hwy 406 to Westchester cutoff, 
turn right onto Westchester, 
left at the lights (the golf 
club will be on your left) 
stay to the right (you will 
go down and up a dip in the road)
turn left at the top of the dip 
onto South Drive, follow 
South Drive to Edgedale, left onto
Edgedale which will take 
you into Burgoyne Woods 
South Drive takes you
through a neighbourhood,
the road is narrow with many stop 
signs, go slow
