Ricky West of Missouri (Libermann) shown here winning the Big 12 800m, qualified for the NCAA final this Friday. In 2008, West followed up his 600m win at at Copps with an OFSAA 800m win. From 2006 thru 2010 the OFSAA 800m winner has run the 600m at Copps, not always winning. Andrew Heaney of Newmann (TO) holds both records.
Also, Jeremy Rae (Lakeshore Cath.) after winning the Big East Mile will anchor ND's DMR team. Brianne Thiessen (Sask) defends her Pentathlon title and Cam Levins (BC) runs the 3 and 5.
