  • Please have a date of birth ready for each athlete.
  • New Athletes who competed last year can be entered from last year's list which appears on the entry form.
    - the program automatically promotes Midgets from last year to Junior etc. and selects the same events, including
    the seed times which are results from last year - you can override any of this, of course.
  • As per other years you can type in your own seed time if you wish.
  • Please fill in the info on the yellow screen - you only have to do it once.
    If the info is incorrect, it can only be changed by e-mail
