Thursday Sept 16th- Flower City Campus ( west side of Brampton- Queen and McLaughlin)
Great Early Bird meet with modified courses
Flat, fast, open loops with a couple of small rolling hills
Coaches- you can watch your athletes for the whole race so it is  great to bring everyone if you do tryouts!
 
$5.00 per athlete on a team- or $200 school limit
$8.00 for individual athletes not making up a team
 
12:00 -Midget Girls 2km
12:30 - Midget Boys 4km
1:00 - Junior Girls 3km
1:30 - Junior Boys 5km
2:15 - Senior Girls 4km
3:00- Senior Boys 6km
 
Awards- Top Ten finisher T-shirts
             1st place teams Champion t-shirts (1st 5 runners)
             2nd and 3rd place teams (tba)
