- Course Description: This event will be run on grass and trails. Spikes are recommended.
- All entries will be via e-mail. Coaches are asked to e-mail a list of their athletes in one of these formats:
- Excel spreadsheet with a list of athletes in Column A,
- A WordPerfect or Word document, again just a list of athletes, one name per line
- A simple e-mail which lists one runner per line.

- Entry Fees: $6.00 per competitor to a maximum of $135.00 per school.
- Deadline for entries is Friday October 5th,
